Siva Pola - Managing Partner and CEO
As Managing Partner, Siva responsibilities include
strategic growth planning, consulting, business
development, product development. In addition, Siva
also manages the Oracle EBS Practice.
Siva is an architect, seasoned project manager and
expert in developing Oracle EBS solutions. Siva has
14 years of information technology experience and
expertise in the supply chain, manufacturing and
customer relationship modules of Oracle EBS. Siva's
professional philosophy is to maintain a hands-on
approach to managing and delivering IT solutions.
Siva has built his career on the ability to
recognize and apply innovative technology solutions
to meet the challenging needs of the business
community. Siva co founded Cerebra, and has grown
multi-fold it in the last five years. Prior to
founding Cerebra, Siva worked for Omegacube
Technologies, CapitalOne Financial Services,
Integrated Systems Management and Electronics
Corporation of India Ltd with increasing levels of
responsibility.
Siva has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer
Science and Systems Engineering from Andhra
University College of Engineering, India.
Siva is an avid follower of history and he likes traveling.
Sailaja Pola - Practice Head (Business
Intelligence) and Managing Partner
Sailaja has over 10 years of experience in the
management and implementation of business systems
including five years focused on the delivery of
Oracle Consulting Services.
She has previously worked in Tata Consultancy
Services, Radiant Infotech, and Intelligrated.
Sailaja joined Cerebra in September 2004 as a
Managing Partner. Sailaja leads the Oracle
Applications and Business Intelligence Centers of
Excellence at Cerebra.
Sailaja's management style includes a firm belief in
an underlying philosophy of win-win-win; the client,
our organization, and each of us must regard the
consulting effort as a win. The client must receive
value and be supported in all of their overall
goals.
Sailaja has a Masters Of Technology in Computer
Science and a Bachelors Of Engineering in Electrical
and Electronics from Andhra University, India.
Srinivas Akundi - Director-Sales
Srinivas Akundi serves as Director-Sales at Cerebra
Infotech Inc, effective Dec 2005. Srinivas’s key
priorities will be to provide leadership to the
different Business Groups in the company, and ensure
their growth and expansion. In addition, he will
also oversee Sales, General Administration,
Operational as well as Support functions including
Internal Systems, HR & Training, Operations &
Recruitment and Marketing Communications. Prior to
joining Cerebra, Srinivas held different positions
in Sales and BPO Operations with increasing levels
of responsibility. Srinivas holds a Masters of
Commerce from Andhra University, India.
